The FS 104 Speaker Stand support Range are designed and manufacture by the craftsman at Custom Design. The FS 104 Speaker Stands are hand made and hand finished. They include 4mm welded plinths, M6 fixing bolts for joint integrity, 4mm laser precision cut steel base plates which support 4 light weight, but rigid support columns.
The FS 104 Speaker Stands are an open frame design which results in an open and dynamic sound performance. The principle of the open frame design is to be rigid and light weight frame which has the minimal influence on speaker dynamics. The FS 104 open frame Speaker Stand Supports provide a minimal effect on speaker performance, allowing your speakers to fulfill they potential.

Custom Design do not use Aluminium in the construction of any speaker stand designs. The natural properties of aluminium prevent speaker stands from performing to the best of their ability as mechanical feedback can be prevented, just like over mass loading. Which will result in reducing the dynamic range and the depth of bass frequency.
