A 15kg  high mass, 6mm thin walled Intra Specific Isolation technology CDASP5 Steel speaker cabinet, designed exclusively by Custom Design with a resonance energy changing constrained layer dampening system to provide an Inert, sealed, High Mass and very thinned walled speaker cabinet. The totally unique construction provides a rigid, Inert speaker cabinet casing for an astounding sound performance with total musicality, including separation, detail to the mid range and precision timing to the bass frequency.

Design, Engineering, Technology, 38 years in the making, an isolation philosophy which built a HiFi Furniture company. 

The Intra Specific Isolation CDASP5 Steel Inert Speaker cabinet are manufactured to 190mm x 165mm x 306mm dimensions. The wall thickness can be increased or decreased to provide the perfect acoustic isolation you require to compliment specific drive units and volume capacity. The Speaker cabinet design can be manufactured from aluminium or stainless steel if required.

The initial sound testing of the CDASP5 speaker cabinet has been remarkable, which Custom Design believe can change the future of all book shelf speaker cabinet design. Vocals are crystal clear, the detail and separation  of instruments and harmonies very noticeable but with great stereo imaging. But the best results are the astonishing precision and timing to the bass frequency, which has a remarkable depth and inky blackness. The design and manufacturing process has taken 3 years to provide this 5th generation speaker cabinet design, which will hopefully transform and influence the future construction of all speaker enclosures in the future.
