  The Bowers & Wilkins 607 S2 402 Speaker Stands are designed with a double steel support columns for extra rigidity.

The Bowers and Wilkins 607 402 speaker stands include a 4mm inert, acoustic steel top plate, CR4 steel base plates and polished, zinc plated M8 fixing bolts for joint, interface rigidity. The hand polished/finished steel plates connect to an ERW BS EN 10305-3 steel 50.8 x 50.8mm tube as standard for sound quality and as part of the Custom Design attention to detail philosophy.
The solid hardwood support columns are manufactured from solid Ash, Oak or Walnut. They are harvested from sustainable, professionally managed forests. Finishes available include White, Natural, Oak, Cherry, Mahogany, Walnut and Black. The natural properties of wood can dampen resonance noise vibration, preventing the transition through the design and influencing the stand and speakers performance, without the requirement for mass loading the support column.
Custom Design manufacture the world renowned Inert Acoustic Steel and Inert Aluminium products for total isolation.
 The Bowers & Wilkins 607 S2 402 Speaker Stands are manufacture by the craftsman at Custom Design combining the ERW BS EN 10305-3 steel support columns or the solid hardwood supports with 4mm Inert Acoustic Steel top plates and 4mm CR4 steel base plates , creating a discrete. rigid speaker stand support.

Mass loading the steel support columns with Inert Filler adds to the final mass, recommending 1 bag of Inert Filler (1.7kg) per support column, improving the performance of your SQ 402 Speaker Stands, particularly to the bass frequency, with better precision timing and depth to the bass.

These modern, contemporary Bowers & Wilkins 607 S2 402 speaker stands have true aesthetic appeal. When combined with Inert Acoustic steel Top plates, CR4 steel Base plates the reduction in resonance noise vibration is significant, resulting in an improved performance and sound quality. Bowers & Wilkins 607 S2 402 speaker stands are supplied as standard with 4mm Inert Acoustic Top plates. 

Custom Design do not use Aluminium in the construction of any speaker stand designs. The natural properties of aluminium prevent speaker stands from performing to the best of their ability as mechanical feedback can be prevented, just like over mass loading. Which will result in reducing the dynamic range and the depth of bass frequency.

Acoustic Steel Top Support 165 x 180mm
Base Plate dimensions 220 x 260 x 4mm CR4 steel for a superior finish.
6mm Clear Glass Bases are manufactured to British Safety Standard BS EN 12105-2 and £20.00 optional extra.
M8 Black Zinc plated or Polished Zinc plated Allen Key adjustable base isolation spikes supplied as standard.

M8 Black Zinc plated or Polished Zinc plates easy access complimenting spike covers supplied as standard.

Cable management slot and discrete logo precision laser cut into the CR4 steel base plate.
Standard height available 610mm (24") Custom Heights available only in the steel format.
Standard finishes are Black, Mercury or White steel.
